It was absolutely horrible. Staff walking around with no shoes, beds broke down, internet broke dow ln, bathrooms on main floor only had 1 sink and 2 toilets working. Hardly any aor conditioning. Lastly staff was very rude!!

Staff were incredibly helpful. Restaurant was open 24/7. Pool was nice. A lot of potential. Elevator wasn't working. Hot tub closed. Laundry not working. No vending. Carpet not attached to floor in hall. Lobby smelled.like dirty water. Bar closed. View from room was a rusty, dirty rooftop. Chair in the room was visibly soiled. Parts of bathroom were held up by bare wood.

Came with a tattoo convention group, staff was very friendly and helpful to me and my husband, however the rooms were not the cleanest, the water there is terrible

Hotel is older and rooms are in disrepair. You wouldn’t know from the outside. Our air conditioner unit was held up with 2 cups. The back of the door looked like they started to paint it and gave up. The elevator was scary with male private parts scratched onto the elevator wall. There was mold on the ceiling. There was a hair guard from hair clippers on the bedroom floor and trash under the bathroom cabinet. With all the above complaints the staff was wonderful. The owner of this hotel owes his employees a better place to work and a huge raise.

Checked in ok. Room ok, bathroom had dirt and dust all around the floorboard. Felt kind of dirty. The continental breakfast, it is open Six to nine am, we went down about 8:15, the food had all been taken away. Along with other guest, we tried to find someone to help us. The checkout desk was empty, three other people were waiting as well. I went around calling , no answer, we all just tossed our room keys on the counter and left. It is checkout time, someone should have been there. Four parties left with us. I will never check in there again.

Close this hotel

First the outside looks great. However, once you walk in it's another story. The hotel needs a lot of work. Needs new paint job and some construction help. The breakfast was a joke. Only had sausage and pre-made pancakes. The silverware was questionable. I had to eat breakfast with my fingers. The major issue I had was room key was deactivated and there was no hotel attendant on duty. I had already stayed one night and was prepared to complete my stay. When i found the manager, on my floor I told her that my key was deactivated. She said that's been happening all day. Only choice was to check out early or stay. I told her I will check out. So, I got my stuff out and checked out. I stayed at this hotel because my current apartment was being fixed. Luckily, it was fixed. So, I did not have to get another hotrl home

The elevator had technical difficulties the night we arrived. It had to be shut down for awhile. The lady at the front desk was excellent. The room was dirty, and I would not recommend this place.

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From poop in the toilet and on the seat, dirty carpet sheets not changed. I could go on but not enough space. Please don't be fooled by the pics, they are extremely old pics. I have updated ones.

Place was a train wreck. Under staffed. Broken equipment. Terrible breakfast. Room hadn’t been decently cleaned in awhile judging by the cobwebs on the window. Dirty shower. Ratty furniture. Pealing paint. Ripped up rug. Broken hot tub. Never again.

Ants on night stand, mold in bathroom, no TV remote then when we were given a remote we could not access any channels. Told several items would be available for breakfast but only biscuits and gravy. Not even coffee, only an empty pot.

Did like waiting to check in,had issues getting my key to open a stuck door.Manger barges in my room after check in, unannounced n no apology. The ac outside unit squelled all night long. This was not a good experience for us in our room worried how or what was goi g to barbing in our room next or how safe we are sleeping there. No swimming pool n no hot tub. Was never told until after check in. How would you feel about your experience if you were us.

This hotel is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom dirty. No towel but one. I waited two hours to be checked in she said I was not guaranteed my rooms. So, I am in one room and my daughter in her room but they are still cleaning her actual room.

The hotel could use some updating . The floor in our room was little squishy you could tell they had a leak at some point . They need to let people know the hot tub isn’t operating and by the looks of it hasn’t for awhile . The best thing about it was the king bed was pretty comfortable. Also don’t look forward to the breakfast to much they just had sausage and eggs so we went elsewhere to get our breakfast.

Rented 2 Rooms at the same time and rooms were not satisfactory due to housekeeping overlooked items, no black-out curtains, not enough pillows for the bed sizes, not enough toilet accessories, in diar need of repairs and upgrades, not enough comfortable seating inside the room, furniture old and worn out, AC not working properly, Hot/Cold water in shower seemed to spiratically change mid-shower and dangerous for children, strong smells of marijuana in the hallways that would also enter your room, no noise barriers from others closing doors or alarming cars, only one small elevator working and it sounded horrible like it was on its last leg, HOT TUB not in working order, photos on the website are all older ones and not recent photos of the pool area or the rooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! When my family visits Marietta, Ohio again, we will find another hotel. The only positive thing we witnessed the 4 night stay there was the extremely nice front desk staff named Jenny who took her job to the next level and bent over backwards to help us with every issue including moving us to another room more satisfying. If it weren't for her, we would have left the first day and demanded a refund. Thank you Jenny for making a terrible situation be more bearable during our stay.
Obvious holes in the comforter bedding on the bed upon entering the room. There's no way housekeeping didn't see these huge holes in the bedding.
This king size bed was made up and left for us in this manner, with holes in the comforter. This was just the beginning of our terrible experience.
