The pool was closed due to a broken pipe, which I understand, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated seeing as how that’s the whole reason I booked the hotel over a month in advance. No discount for our stay was offered to us either, to accommodate for the lack of amenities. Very disappointing to people looking forward to getting away and swimming in the middle of winter. Had I known, I would’ve cancelled the reservation (which I’m sure is why we didn’t receive a courtesy call). Bad business for sure.

The hotel was very clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful even when we got the times wrong for breakfast. After a bad experience at a Holiday Inn we swore we would never stay at one again but this hotel has definitely changed our mind!!
