My issue isn’t with the environment, it’s with the check in policy. We arrived at 6 and our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait an hour to check in and then had to wait on the bell boy to get our luggage

We chose this property because of the price, casino, and the lazy river. It was so easy to check in. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The room was very nice. We had a great view of the lake. The room was very clean and had small bottles of water for the coffee pot. Walking distance to the Golden Nugget for more restaurants, Starbucks, and different slot machines.

The check in/registration area is confusing. It is not clear which line is for priority vs regular check in vs. bell hop vs. other. Also, there is a huge area to the right of the two lines that is not labeled at all. Arrows or better signage might be helpful to provide clarity.

Good. Phone in room was either broken or the front desk, room service didn’t always answer. Spa closed at 1 or 2 pm! I was golfing and couldn’t get a massage after playing. Ok food options, very pricey. Liked free beverage stations in casino.
