Clean and Simple

Check in hostess was great, quick check in. Very basic hotel, clean. You can hear a good bit of hotel noise inside your room ie; doors slamming, luggage being wheeled around, etc. Coffee was good. If you're just stopping to sleep, its fine.

The front desk person when we checked in was not very friendly at all. We tried to check in 10 minutes early but they said we would have to pay a $25 fee to check in early, that’s crazy!! Other than that it was pretty good.

Tru by Hilton is my new go-to hotel when out on the road. I love the hip vibe, fun decor, and they have the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Staying at Tru by Hilton is a really cool experience.

Been coming here for a few years. This year the rooms were not as clean as before. A few of my family members had to request new rooms due to the room not being clean. The staff is great though. They get 5 stars for customer service.

Excellent room!!

We arrived at midnight. The front desk person was on her cell phone on speaker, told the person “hold on, I have a customer” and sat the phone down on the desk next to her. I don’t know if she had them on mute, but she verbally verified my phone number and email address to me! The room was exceptional, very comfortable. The beds were true queen beds, plenty of room. We were only there for a short sleep and breakfast (which was also fantastic). But we plan to book at Tru from now on!
