Not bad. I don’t think the hotel has changed since I came here as a kid in the early/mid 2000’s. Check in - was told we could pay cash at check out. So they processed the card for incidentals. Got to check out, and the staff did not know how to process a credit card refund after night staff assured us we could pay cash. Lifeguards were extremely accommodating, we found a dead rat in the outdoor hot tub and they were ON IT and made sure the rest of our evening went well. We ended up heading back up to the room before our snack bar items were ready to go - and they turned it into room service! They truly strive for great customer service.

Started with them charging me double the price. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely terrible service, rude staff, couldn’t keep the buffet area full with anything ran out of syrup, toast, bagels, waffles, and couldn’t get forks for over 20mins or so! Then went to go get my children some more eggs and they had the whole thing cleared out it was 9:02am found it pretty funny they could pull it faster than they could keep it stocked, next the waterpark was very ran down, the lifeguards didn’t keep an eye on anything and the food at the little bar and grill was absolutely disgusting! How do you mess up mini corn dogs and chicken strips??? I also was told by multiple guests there room price was $45-80 cheaper than what I paid and everywhere you went in the hotel you heard guests complaining about the service or there room or something not going the way they were told or expecting. I was very very disappointed in my stay here. I could keep going but this is enough to get my point I feel.

The waterpark really needs to be updated. The railings on the stairs up to the water slides were very rusty. Hot tub needs a cleaning too.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Hair and urine on toliet from previous guest. Dirt in the bottom of the tub. Tried to get this corrected staff came up and "cleaned it" not impressed. The second time i asked for cleaning supplies so it could be done properly. Will not stay here again.
