I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel overall. Room was very clean and fresh bed linen also clean, comfy bed. I was however very displeased with the front desk staff. They were unprofessional, inattentive and quite impolite to the point where I wondered it’d it’s the same hotel I had read with great reviews. I was happy with the hotel itself but I wouldn’t stay again.

All but one elevator was broken, and being in the 15th floor it took 20 minutes to get the elevator up to us so we could check out. On top of that the staff at the check in were rude and incompetent.

Mainly the room and safety, and the way issues were handled by staff. Our first room (1610) was extremely noisy (highway + loud HVAC + a second door to the corridor letting light and noise in). Earplugs were on the nightstand, which says a lot, but this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. We called during the night and were told nothing could be done until the morning, so we had an almost sleepless night and missed breakfast. We were moved only after insisting to speak to a manager. The second room (301) was quieter outside, but the corridor door was badly fitted (big gap, lots of noise and light) and, worst of all, I discovered that the door could be opened from the corridor even when it was supposed to be locked. Maintenance later fixed it, which confirms it was a real defect. Despite all this, the hotel refused any meaningful compensation and only offered a late check-out. Overall, very poor comfort, serious safety concerns, and a lack of transparency between what you book and what you actually get.

Location on river is great, close to free metro mover, walking distance to downtown Miami, watching river traffic at free breakfast was fun for kids, rooms were a bit tight for family of 4 but had everything you needed, staff was friendly, shuttle bus to port was good value, cost compared to other hotels in same area was very good value

This was our second time staying at this location. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We struggled with the elevators in our first visit. I was very happy that all the elevators were operational this time around.

I won’t be staying here again staff constantly slam the doors for their areas and the doors are super thin so I can hear everything being done every time it’s opened. I can handle noise but this is outrageous for what is charged. They are not courteous in the slightest of people nearby. The floors themselves are not big so no room to even get away.

Our particular room for 5 was huge and clean and amazing. Super comfy beds, sofa sleeper is a typical sofa sleeper, lol, bathroom was huge and super clean. Breakfast was top notch. Waffles, homemade oatmeal, cold cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, a variety of eggs, sausage, yogurts, fruits, juices and coffee. Right by the free metro mover. Excellent excellent excellent place.
