The hotel was very busy, but the staff was as polite as they could be. I asked for a shower chair and they never brought one or informed me that they didn’t have one until I asked them. We don’t speak Spanish and so I think that that was a turn off for them.

The area around the property is beautiful and everything was very clean. 10/10 highly recommend especially if you are boarding cruise ship the next day and need somewhere nice to rest the night before.

I didn't have high hopes

This is a great hotel if you like cheap hotels. Im past that phase in life and will pay more now and next time. If you need a shower just go to the front desk twice with your shower handle and they will come up and fix it. If you have a fear of elevators take the only working one and listen for parts to fall off while on it, dont worry its just extra nuts and bolts...hopefully. I now remember why i stopped staying at comfort inn's years ago.

foolish, insensitive people only think about money

I had to cancel the reservation a month in advance or change the dates and the hotel refused to do anything about it, causing me to lose the entire amount paid for the reservation. I think it is extremely foolish and insensitive on the part of the hotel to harm an entire family in this way.

The manager Sylvie is so helpful all other staff needs to be trained in all aspect. Since it was our first time in Miami we have to ask how and where to go around the city they just say we don not know all questions we asked the answer is WE DO NOT KNOW. The only exception is on our last day which is checkout day front desk KEVIN was sop helpful telling us that we can go around taking monorail .We were so happy with his help. Thank you Kevin and Sylvie.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked it exclusively because they said they had a port of Miami shuttle and bar. They had very limited shuttle hours and nothing on the day we were leaving (Wednesday). To top it off there were screws nailed into the window which would not allow it to close. It was in downtown which was extremely loud. Worse yet, all but 1 employee was only able to speak English. Terrible stay. Terrible hotel. Very disappointed. Love Miami though!
