Noisy hotel.

It's noisy. You can hear all the cars outside, especially considering that Miami tends to have high-powered cars that are noisy. The AC is very loud, too. They don't receive Apple Pay, so it was hard for me to pay with the card I needed. The room cards get deactivated every day because putting them next to the phone or other cards resets them, which is really annoying (I have never had this before with other hotel cards). So we were required to go to the front desk every time.

Nice area with the Canal right there to walk. Nice scenery and boats to watch. Some staff did not speak very good English and when asked where to go eat we were told 10 minutes walk. Much later that day hotel guests told us about a free train across the street that could take us to the parks, shopping and dining. We were disappointed the staff were not better ambassadors
