Attentive, friendly staff. At checkin time in the evening, I am greeted very warmly by staff. Juan and Lazaro in particular are attentive and accommodating. I call it “service with a smile”. Room Is clean. Sheets are nice and crisp with very nice fluffy pillows. Hotel is close to eveything with a shopping center adjacent to it.

Not bad property. Stayed here for 1 week while on military vacation as im from Miami. The location is super convenient. This is lower budget, not bad if you need good place to sleep. Breakfast is on par with highschool breakfast. Id rate 6.9/10

A very Nice one day stay.

We were given a spacious nicely clean room with a nice view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complain was that my side of the bed didn’t have a nightstand or electrical outlet. Continental breakfast was satisfying and I love they had coffee around the clock. We were warmly greeted by a young man which set the tone of our stay. Oh and we had a total of 3 rooms. My other guest were very happy with their accommodations as well.

Staff was great but we had an ant problem in the room. They were everywhere. The place is clean but smells a little musky. And breakfast was not great. We ended up eating out for breakfast every day. All in all not too bad.

The room was not super clean, and the condition of it was pretty run down. The shower/bathtub was cracking and peeling. Kinda gross. Also, the water pressure was extremely low and the water never got very hot. Imagine taking a long, slow, cold shower every morning... The included breakfast was decent enough to get the job done, though, so that was nice.

I stayed at the Palms for four nights at the end of February. As a woman traveling alone, I was worried about feeling safe but I was very comfortable and at ease at this hotel. I appreciated the Front Desk staff and also the attention that my room got from housekeeping. Many hotels do not provide daily housekeeping services anymore, but the Palms does. There were a few things in my room that could use a little facelift but it was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a nice-sized refrigerator, a large TV, and a good bathroom/sink. Originally I had planned on staying somewhere else, but the rates at the Palms were more reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
