The Toilet was so low to the floor that I had to help my wife up from the toilet seat The room was way too cold and there was no provision to turn the heat up. There was not an ice machine on our floor. There were no pamphlets in the room to in form us about the facility's amenities and where they were located. The hotel did not live up to my expectations of a Marriot.

We really appreciated getting our room early after our cruise. We stayed here the night before and the night after our cruise. Great service to the airport. However, no service to cruise port.

Didn't realize there were 3 Marriott hotels on the same property. Transport drops you off at one hotel and then you are sent to another hotel around a circuitous route. Housekeeping had not quite finished our room when we arrived and never did. Requested more clean towels and never received. The television was having poor reception but thankfully someone came to adjust it. Wow the price of a buffet breakfast for 2 was way pricey for something akin to free buffet breakfasts at many other hotels,
