The hotel was perfect for what we needed, an easy and convenient night by the airport. However the dinner at the lobby restaurant had very slow service, it was obvious they simple did not have enough staff, the waiter did his best efforts and was very nice, but management need to add more hands

When we checked in the staff didn't direct us to our room around the corner. Instead they said our rooom wad #4112. We went to the 4th floor hauling our luggage because of no bellboy. Well our room wasn't on the 4th floor it was on the 1st. Very very very confusing after a long travel day.
