Staff support lacking, and the room was dirty upon arrival (there was hair in the bathtub). Neighbors were loud, and staff were dismissive.

Its a madhouse ( but with a shuttle). Very run down and dated. There were ants on the end table, a salamander in the bathtub....the phone didnt work. No fire suppression system in the room (big deal i know, but i was asked what was wrong with the room). Staff was less than friendly or accommodating. Bed had a major sinkhole in the center. The only redemption was the free shuttle service.

The room was in the older part of the hotel. The cable TV did not work. It took a long time to get hot water in the shower, with very little water flow. The ice machines did not work. The free airport and cruise port shuttles were an advantage.

Room is very conjusted We didn't know a Room could be that much small. Bath room is almost next to Flight Bathroom size and Poor Maintenance. I will not recommend this Hotel to any one.

They had roaches come out in the middle of the night, the customer service was terrible, the front desk lady had a problem answering questions, no early check in, we was in the lobby for over 6 hours, the heat didn't work, cable tv was from the 80’s.. I was better off on the streets!! Don't stay here, refund!!! Never again!

The room was very dirty. Stained shower, under the bed wasnt clean, no coffee maker or microwave, the shower literally took 15 min to just get warm enough to make a shower tolerable, no late check out (even though they werent even close to booked up), no coffee maker like was featured in the pictures, no microwave, no mini fridge, algae pool, matress was super stained. It was the cheapest thing i could find but still, at 200 a night i expected better. Staff were friendly enough. But that doesnt really save this experience. My room was right above subway, it smelled like herb and cheese bread perpetually. So i guess it wasnt all bad.

The room is big—though a little dated—but it’s clean. The thing I liked the most was the receptionist (I should have asked for her name and posted it here). I arrived early, and the room wasn’t ready at the time. She asked the housekeeper to prepare my room as soon as possible, and they did.
