Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle and ended up having to uber. The check in guy was great but I got to my room and the AC was broken. This is Miami in June. It was horrible. No other rooms “in my category” so they couldn’t move me. There was also a huge spider in the shower. Would not recommend.

Bathroom needs updating, AC needs service. Need more luggage trolleys. Shuttle service to/from airport needs to be open longer, security on property. 7 minutes to/from airport which was great.

The room was dirty has if it had been days that anyone had been there. The bathroom floor was in the same condition. Had requested extra towels never got them… no microwave or microwave fridge I have stayed at a hotel/ motel in these conditions… will not be staying again. And the door was a nightmare to open or close n locking it for the night felt like a joke.

It just seemed like there were random 'smokers' or ruff type of ppl staying there. Not as comfortable in terms of safety. Room key card expires at midnight so you need to go to reception to activate it before going to your room. My first night had a cockroach in the room so I got upgraded. While the price was good, I would invest a bit more on another hotel.
