My family enjoyed the setup of the hotel...the hollowed out center...because it gave us a great view. Although the immediate surroundings were under construction and underdeveloped, the view of downtown was gorgeous! The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and the outdoor pool was warm! Thumbs up from my 12-year-old, and she is a tough judge!

It was the worst Embassy Suite experience. The hotel felt aged and everything felt used. Our toilet had a leak and the table had a stain about the size of a large hand. Parking was $25 and I had to park way at the back of the hotel and walk around. The suite was a good size and the front desk comped the parking simply because they could not break $100 bill. This was very disappointing as I had lead my family to believe Embassy Suite was a decent hotel.

Everything was great except we had the do not disturb sign on our door and we saw the maid move it aside and still go into our room. When she looked out and saw us coming back to the room she quickly exited. This did not sit well with us. Other than that, it was a great stay

We liked pretty much everything but we didnt arrive until 7 and were bummed that the snack stuff was over by the time we got down there. I didnt like the smell on our room. It smelled like feet.

Loved everything about this property! Staff were friendly and efficient. Deco was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Areas were well lit and we felt very safe. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style, also made to order station is available. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I will stay here every time I’m in town
