DO NOT STAY HERE! I called before I got in and asked for an early check in. I arrived at 6am and literally slept on the lobby for 5 hours and I asked could the early check in fee be waived the morning supervisor looked at me and said “we aren’t compensating you because you came early”. The breakfast was tasty the bar staff were pretty friendly. The jacuzzi was out of service and no one knew so I went to get in the jacuzzi and it was cold. When I got out my swimsuit was bleached I went to the front and there was a Jamaican woman who told me she was the manger I explained to her about my swimsuit and showed her I was getting a rash under my arm and she looked at me and told me that she doesn’t know what the cause of that was and no one ever complains about the jacuzzi and smirked and told me there was nothing they could do. That alone was disgusting as a human and especially in the customer service field. I was also charged $60 for parking and I didn’t even have a car. I feel scammed and I want my money back. I’ve been staying at embassy suites since I was a child and have never been treated in such a nasty way.
