The first reservation in room 330 i told the reception 4 times to fix the floor as it was coming out in two areas the entrance and by the bed Nothing was done not even an apology or an assurance we will fix it we will change your room Then one early morning they knock on the door to ask if i want service on the room???? A 5 star hotel and they ask if i want service?? And turndown service is on request Shoking Never staying there again There are beautiful reaorts in the area

The property could use some minor maintenance updates, stains on the rugs, plastering on the roof pools, furniture cracks. we used to get a welcome drink at the bar, now u have to ask reception at the main hotel for your welcome drink, not so welcoming The beach and service there is exceptional

Terrible. Do not stay here. Among the number of problems, we couldn’t check in by 4pm and had to wait a couple of hours for a room to be ready. Staff was rude and kept telling us room would be ready shortly - a clear lie. Also, spills in the hallway would go uncleared for hours upon hours. Dirty hotel. Felt more like a motel.
