Convenient freeway access, shopping and restaurants available. Beautiful, modern hotel with indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and full breakfast that was delicious. Wish the mattress was more supportive and the shower water pressure was higher. Overall, highly recommend.

Parking was confusing. There was no bellhop or rolling cart in the parking garage to help with the luggage. The hotel room only had one trash can. The body lotion that was provided was empty. Otherwise, our overall stay was okay.

Customer service was excellent! Check in was easy even though there was quite a wait.. we must have arrived during the busy hour. Hotel is near lots of restaurants! Free breakfast in the morning which my husband and I loved. The waffles were delicious!

Excellent hotel and very reasonably priced. Great location plenty to do. We stayed here night before a cruise out of Miami. Only a couple miles from cruise terminal and the hotel has a shuttle service that will take you right too the port and it’s only $8.00 per person. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful. Only real negative is housekeeping could do a little better job cleaning the floors in the room but still feel it deserves 5 stars. We will definitely stay there again.
