The room was a little older but you definitely cannot beat that location. Shower was large with good water pressure. Tiles are older but everything was clean. We stayed in the secondary building past a gelato shop. It was everything you would expect from an Ocean Drive hotel. We could not hear any loud music at night as was mentioned in other reviews.

The value was amazing. We would have been satisfied if we had been asked to pay more. The front desk team was outstanding. From accommodating strange arrival and departure times by storing luggage, to making a last-minute tour reservation when we got in early, to offering to loan us bikes, beach towels and chairs, to offering honest advice about recommendations in the area, they were superb human beings. Highly recommend!

Wow! The smell of mildew/mold hits you right away when you walk into your room. Things feel generally sticky. The room itself was nice and quiet despite the very loud atmosphere outside. Security seems like an afterthought, and the pictures DO NOT accurately reflect the deck and pool. Don’t try the “gym”. It’s a SUPER MUSTY room sadly posing as a gym with 4 machines, 3 of which don’t work. Go to Crunch fitness if you want to work out and get a day/week pass.

The hotel was clean, but we arrived in our room with no towels, coffee, or bedding for the pull-out. We were given the towels and bedding, but we checked in on a Friday and they said they were out of coffee until Monday. What kind of hotel would not just go buy coffee pods in the interim for their guest, or provide it free in the lobby? Also, total misrepresentation if the pool deck area. There was literally one lounge chair there, and it was used!

Only one chair on the pool deck & WiFi wasn’t working but other than that everything was good, clean room nice bathroom. Also Expedia says they have laundry services but they don’t , so heads up for that in case you needed to do laundry. There is a laundromat close by

Unique older deco building, but dated. You are in the heart of South Beach, which is fun. check in, even after 4 was arduous at best especially for 3 rooms. Quaint that the hotel is spread over several buildings so you have to go thru other establishments to get to your "tower". Fun to do 1x.

We were four to the room, and the sofa bed was not set up. When asked to have it setup, housekeeping only brought up one pillow and neglected to bring us additional towels.

To access the rooms from the front desk you had to go down 3 stairs across an eating area and bar thru a covered bar thru a door and down 3 steps thru the gelato shop and then up the elevator. The pool area sounded like they were running all the air conditioning units for all of Miami.

Old and classic with a nice tiki bar. Parking was valet only. I have a truck so had to use off site parking. Pool was mediocre nobody was in there. It was LOUD LOUD LOUD all day and all night til 5 am. Musics mixed and matched. I mean, it is south beach but at some point we just wanted to relax and wind down. No place to do that. Otherwise room was clean and spacious, staff was amazing. Good for the price. Very walkable. And across from beach.
