The room was dirty, they came to clean the room and change the bed. The housekeeper had the nerve to tell me , sometimes the house keepers don’t change the bed if it doesn’t look slept in. There were spots on the floor, the housekeeper took the rag she cleaned the bathroom with threw it on the floor and scrubbed with her foot! They changed my room. It was worse.

The hotel staff didn’t make any accommodations or empathy when our flight arrived 2 hours prior to check in. The front desk staff was pretty rude when I tried to ask a simple question at 4:14 to see if our room was ready.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Hotel Indigo Brickell Miami 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Brickell! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern design, the fresh and stylish atmosphere, and the warm welcome from the staff. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the spa-like shower and ambient lighting. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Brickell with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. Whether you’re in Miami for business or leisure, this hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and cool vibes. I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Miami!

Cleanliness & spacious was on point

Just a perfect place to stay, calm and nice, we arrived in on a very late flight, checking very late, once we went in our room, to rest up for the night, I have this nice atmosphere of cleanliness, comfortable and we relaxed well
