Although the room was clean and the bed comfortable, is not worth $174 per night. If security is your concern there are not safety boxes and the lock for the room is with a regular key and the knob is the same as any room in a house. We were in the only room next to the front desk were the front door is open 24/7 so you’d hear everything. Parking is free on one side if the street if you find a spot and only from midnight to 8am in front of the hotel. I’d pay for this stay $90 per night at the most.

Everything was okay about the stay except two things: 1) the TV did not work properly (asked to fix but it was never done); 2) there was no chair, with a back, in the room (asked for it but never received a follow-up).

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week. The room was great, fridge and microwave, good bed, newly renovated bathroom, and very quiet. We walked to restaurants and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Great cozy Hotel

I love this Hotel; I travel to Miami once every two months and I always chose this property. It is small, cozy, super clean and the location is awesome. The Front Desk staff is always kind and helpful. Kudos !!

Good clean pet friendly place to stay. The only draw back for me was that there wasn't an elevator. I was traveling with my mother who is a senior. I would have preferred to use an elevator. Otherwise the place was fine for our needs.

I like the old Miami feel of this hotel and it's excellent price. However, the bed needs replacing. Worse, there was a terrible stinch coming from the bathroom. I suspect the plumbing is also old and the pipes leading to the toilet backed up. Very unpleasant. It motivated me to clear out early around 6 am.
