clean room, staff friendly, breakfast good - 3 star based on below Airport transfers need to run later than 7:30 pm. We were forced to rent a vehicle which wasn't ideal. Definitely need more luggage carts. I observed MANY seniors struggling!

This was a last minute booking. Our flight leaving Miami was canceled. The room and staff were excellent! The airport to hotel transportation and the free hot breakfast was a bonus!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and hotel/casino staff were all courteous. Breakfast was ok but wish there were more options (only eggs, diced potatoes, sausage, bacon, cereal, toast & 3 types of miniature pastries). Pancakes/waffles/french toast and healthier options (like fruit/yogurt) would’ve made it much better (or at least more pastries like croissants/larger muffins or donuts). But price was reasonable, so it’s not necessarily a negative (you get what you pay for). Just would like more options for breakfast buffet even if we have to pay a little more. But overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

We needed this room for a layover in Miami, the staff were so. Ice and helpful. The night auditor had checked us in and made sure we had what we needed since we weren’t able to get our luggage til our next destination. The room was clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable , staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant we ate at was good. I am docking one star, however, because of the shuttle system. We booked this hotel last minute after getting stranded in Miami for a night due to weather delays. This was the only hotel in the area available that wasn’t ridiculously expensive an advertised that they have a shuttle service. Luckily we were able to get a shuttle ride to the hotel before they stop running them for the evening. Once we got to the hotel and asked about the time it starts running in the morning, their first shuttle to the airport does not leave until 7:30, which would not give us enough time to get to our flight. We ended up having to get a Lyft to come pick us up the following morning so we could make our flight. Again, the hotel itself was fine, but if you’re just needing a quick overnight stay between flights like we did then the limited shuttle hours might create more of a headache.

Spent a couple of nights here as a stop off before flying out of Miami. Very convenient for exploring the Everglades and able to get to the beaches in 45 minutes or so. Had paid extra for a "Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite", which was spacious and clean. Nice to have that jacuzzi bath to come back to. Bed was comfy and we slept well, but did find that the bedsheets didn't seem big enough for the bed, so were not able to stay in place under you - getting pulled from under the mattress as soon as you lay on the bed, and ending up screwed up. Room 426 suffers badly from an enormous floodlight that illuminates the building frontage shining straight into the window all night. Sadly the curtains are not any where near thick enough to block out that light, so the room is in a perpetual state of twilight, never getting dark. Watched the AFC Championship game in the Tempt Lounge, which had an offer advertised on the tables of 20% off if you wear a team jersey. When I paid the bar bill I asked if I got my discount, the reply was a straight "no". No explanation. Guess the barman didn't like my team. Overall, handy location if you want to be out of the city, nice enough, wouldn't bother again unless you want to be on site at the casino.

Room was very nice. Comfortable bed and very clean & quiet. Breakfast was very good & free airport shuttle was nice. Could have been a little more generous with the toiletries and we had no face cloths. Were told we could only have 1 bottle of water each for entire stay..really?? The staff are awesome. My husband and I are one of many affected by the winter storm. The front desk allowed us to check-in 5:00 a.m. instead of waiting untilt 3:00p.m. considering we have had no sleep. They went over and beyond to make us comfortable.We will definitely come back here. Best service we have experienced in a long time. Well done Miccosukee staff.

We booked this stay because it showed airport shuttle and full breakfast. We did not get either! We had to get our own transportation and food. Additionally, we were ignored for a long time when checking in at front desk, while two employees were arguing with another customer. The whole building smells musty and the room was illuminated all night from flood lights outside. Very bad experience here!
