I had a appointment on attending a outing later that day and I spoke to Hector about cleaning my room wasn't cleaned wen I returned when I was told it would be cleaned. U spoke to front desk because my room wasn't cleaned someone was supposed to give me a call and a leavee a E-mail about my issue and still today no call no E-mail, major concerns and very unacceptable.

My husband and I live about 30 minutes south in Homestead. I’m not a gambler but my husband likes to spend his portion of the entertainment budget playing the slot machines! We’ve never stayed at the Miccosukee and last night we randomly decided to stay. We were both pleasantly surprised and wondered why it has taken us several years and at least 100 trips to the casino to enjoy their hotel rooms. I stay at hotels almost weekly for business and what struck me most was the cleanliness. The entire (very large) room was SPOTLESS!

Worth the stay with excellent service!

Check In went very smooth, the staff were very attentive everywhere we went. We requested some linens in night and they happily and quickly brought it up. The rooms were very clean and adequate furnishings for what you'd expect of for the price and photos listed. To be picky, the bathroom vanity area was outdated. We were a bit disappointed we didn't end up with any rooms with a frig but it wasn't advertised we would have one. Our only real complaint was that the hotel key cards kept getting deactivated multiple times a day, which was frustrating. Breakfast included was a plus, it was simple but it was surprisingly good/fresh.

The property is very nice. What did not like is the fact they gave me a room below what I had reserved. I like the fact they upgraded it but still not what I ask for. The front desk needs to focus more on the client in front of them instead of making small talks with other while checking one in.
