Bad waited over 40 min for shuttle never came had to get an UBER, seems there was a Marathon near the property, UBER Driver let me in the street had to walk 2 blocks to the hotel because of the closed roads

The staff were lovely, the lobby nice and the room was generally quite clean. The room was long since overdue for a renovation with worn carpets, chipped tiles, and a horribly old mattress. Overall, the condition of the rooms just doesn't match the Pullman standards.

The rooms are old. Especially the bathroom of my room was very outdated. No countertop just a wash basin in the wall. The shower head in bad condition as well. Not Pullman standard. I cannot recommend this hotel.

That hotel was dirty i wish i could upload the pictures Room wasnt the cleanest daniel & his partnet at the bar was great iron didn't work ice machine was out on like 3 floors 1 being mine had to travel 2 floors down its good for the pilots close to the airport i hope there getting rested to fly people home safely & the parking attendant was rude to the lyft driver on my way out Saturday 345pm then on my last night a guest got very rude with me & threatened to fight me i will never stay there again
