The WiFi wasn’t working and I had to call tech support to get it to connect. The toilet wasn’t caulked correctly and shifted when sat upon. The phone in the room was disconnected and I had to use my cellphone to contact the front desk. There was a massive stain on the sofa. The drinking glass turned upside down on the paper circle had a clearly visible large black hair coiled up in it . Clearly cleaning and maintenance are not a priority.

Airport shuttle didn’t show up for over an hour. I missed being able to order food because of the shuttle not showing up, the restaurant closed 2 mins after I checked in. Room smelled like mold. I asked for the free transfer for my return journey to the airport as offered during booking. I was told this did not exist and I had to use the shuttle?
