El desayuno era hasta las 9 de la mañana, pero desde las 8:20am ya no había alimentos, no hacían refill y no había personal a quien solicitar nada. La limpieza de habitaciones era pasando 1 día, sin embargo nunca recibimos la limpieza ni arreglo de dormitorios en las 3 noches , 4 dias sin arreglar camas ni limpiar los banos. Ascensor dañado y solo había 1 ascensor para todo el hotel, lo cual causaba colapso.

The check-in experience was extremely frustrating. My wife was at the front desk trying to check in, but since the reservation was under my name, the staff asked her to have me call. I called seven times—each time the phone was picked up and I was immediately placed on hold without a single word. No greeting, no “please hold,” just ring, click, hold. It wasn’t until my wife informed them in person that I was the one calling that they finally answered on my eighth attempt. This kind of service is unacceptable. The staff showed zero professionalism or courtesy.

Accident

Checked in and my car was hit within 2 hours of me being there while parked which resulted in me not being able to open my driver door! Asked to at least see the camera footage and was told i needed to file a police report in order for me to see it. I was also leaving that morning for a cruise so i didn’t have the chance. I just wanted to know what happend to my car and that was it but was denied even that. I was polite the entire time and was left disappointed and frustrated. Never again. I hope none of you have to go through what I went through while i was there. This will be my first and last time ever staying here.
