There needed to be more staff. The young man that checked us in was drowning by himself. Also we came back to the hotel late a night later that day and there was no one at the front desk. We needed towels and a blanket and the security guard had to help us after 30 minautes trying to reach somebody.

Rooms need to be updated. The rolling shower needs to be fixed where as the water goes down the drain and not wet all over the floor when coming out the shower. Its needs a little incline sothe water does not wet all over.

Everything was good. Location was perfect - convenient to train into downtown. Only issue was the mattress. The mattress in that room needs to be replaced. The middle was so compressed i kept sliding to the middle in my sleep (and dragging my sheets with me)
