Shower didn't function properly and they only had valet parking. Balcony and room were large. Limited view of the water. Good location. Great service. Charged a resort fee but spa and salon were closed indefinitely.

It was amazing. Clean, good food, upscale, amenities, and I got a great deal. Note, the building is surrounded by skyscrapers - so if you’re coming to tan just know Grayson does not get as much sunlight as other buildings might.

Beautiful place to stay

The Grayson Hotel, is a beautiful place. I was just unfortunate on my trip to run into a few hiccups. After speaking with the Manager, he apologized for my inconvenience and that it was not handled appropriately at the time. I can truly say, putting those matters aside I complained about. The hotel - hotel staff and the Manager get a 10/10. Lovely team, oh so welcoming. The Grayson made me feel like it was my home away from home as I stay d for 9days. The only bad part, no Netflix lol 😆 Family friendly/ toddler friendly Welcoming team Located to all the locations you can require, I’m from the UK took a solo trip and walked around a lot.
