Room wasn’t as clean as I would have wanted it to be. All my room towels had someone else’s hair on them. My Television didn’t work, I reported it to the front desk and, they told me that Maintenance would look into it which never happened. Man, don’t get me started on the neighbors and, noise. I stayed up the entire 8 days visiting. It wasn’t my worse experience but, definitely not far from it.

The TV didnt work. The toilet was clogged and I was given a plunger to unclog it myself. The hallway smelled because everyone leaves their trash by the elevator. The room smelled whenever the air conditioner was not on.

Staff was courteous and tried to help. I The location is really great and looks great from outside, but that's it. All of the 3 suites that we rented had bad smell. There were cockroaches in the room. The kitchen facility was not useful as utensils were not provided and it is inconvenientto.pack that much for ahort stays.

Jose was great and let us check in a couple of hours early. Room was great although if you plan on using the kitchenette, make sure you bring EVERYTHING you would need to cook and eat with. There were no supplies at all.

The hotel was great especially considering the price. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me but not horrible. My only suggestion is keeping families with toddlers on the first floor. All I heard starting at 8am was a kid running around on the floor above me and then again between 8pm to 11pm. That's all, no issues.
