Reviews say 4 Star, but this is a 2-3 star max! Tiny room, horrible shower and bathroom. Check in was easy. Hotel is literally in the airport, so that's nice. If you are walking through the concourse though, not 1 sign alerting you to how to find the check in desk and it is not easy to get to at all. If you have to stay here, do so, but if you can stay anywhere else, it would be advisable!

Very convenient. Clean. Served its purpose. Right outside gate number 10. You don’t even need to leave the airport. Plenty of shopping and food nearby. If you need to go outside, you can take an Uber that picks you up right outside the door very very convenient.

Can’t beat the location steps away from the airline gates. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet, recently-renovated room with comfortable bed. We ate dinner on our late flight; otherwise, we would have tried the rooftop bar and restaurant.

Room was not propperly cleaned. Check in was terrible. After they made a mistake on the signing form they called my room repeatadly at 11.30 pm to get me come sort their mistake. After i did this called again midnight to sort the same problem. When i pointed out i had already the problem and it was midnight and trying to sleep they just hung up instead of any apology. Shpukd have jjst paid less to stay 5 mins further away and got a decent hotel

Overpriced hotel, $300 a night for a bed and a bathroom. We have stayed in this hotel before because of the convenience of not having to drive to the airport early or late at night, you get off the plane and it’s right inside the airport, but it’s really overpriced for the size and condition of the room. Last time we paid somewhere around $200 for a couple of nights and it was a little messy because it was under construction, this time we paid the $300 thinking that after all the upgrades was going to be better, not much changed except for few minor cosmetic upgrades.

Staff was not great, room was sub par for a suite, no microwave or fridge. Staff kept telling me that check in wasn't till 3pm, but seen they were checking other guests in. Sat in the airport all day. Was not impressed at all. They didn't seem to care at all that my husband and I were sitting there. Wanted us to downgrade to normal room.

The room was spacious, staff very helpful and room amazingly quiet. The only negative is not having cups that are glass for the bathroom and coffee. Having Cuban espresso was great though!
