Wonderful spa amenities but they are very popular. Lounge chairs fill up fast, so don’t expect to be able to head to the pool anytime you want. Only drawback were the dining options. Service at the Snug was slow and mistakes were made both for dinner and breakfast. Just plan on eating out in town.

loved this so much! we moved from a different hotel because the hotel we were at was really gross before so we decided to go here because the pictures were beautiful and the pictures were not lying the difference was insane one of the most beautiful hotels i’ve been too! it is costly but it is worth it:)

our stay was amazing except I didn’t know you need to put your name down for the pool lounge chairs. I was really disappointed when I showed up. I had to wait a few hours just to lay down on the lawn chair. you have to come in person to put your name down nothing over the phone.
Pools are heated at night ! No lawn chair reservation at night. First come first serve it’s pretty empty.

We had a great stay here. The rooms are huge, so are the bathrooms and the mini kitchenette was a nice touch. We ate at both the pub and pizza restaurant which were both great. The pool area though a bit crowded was still relaxing and the pools have views you can't beat.

Our experience here blew our expectations. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and do a staycation, and he kept marvelling how he forgot we were still in BC. Gorgeous waterfront views from the pub restaurant, amazing Italian pizza from Faro, and the rooms are super clean and modern. Our favourite was the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and the mineral pool and hot tubs on the plaza. Our server Nikayla was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!

Nothing to complain about this stay: area was good, bedroom was quiet and comfortable, pool area is gorgeous and water is heated, staff was always kind. Only reason I am not giving full marks is because in the end I feel it was too expensive for what it offers. No breakfast is offered and you still have to pay $30 a day for parking. It is cheaper to go to an actual resort in the Caribbean or South America with much bigger facilities & amenities. I understand though that for Canadians that are not used to the resort experience this can be a good alternative for a night or two.
