The room was very clean, but a bit tired. I think a staff member said some renovations were coming. Bathrooms are wonderful and very spa like. Staff was friendly and courteous. The pools are wonderful in the winter!

Room was massive with a kitchentte (included a dishwasher). The spa itself was unimpressive but the services provided were great. The mineral pools were very relaxing and clean. The view of Mount Baker from the pools were stunning. The food options were limited. The gym was a standard hotel room with a few treadmills stuffed in. Location is relatively secluded that is walkable. Easy drive to the city.

The overall pool facilities were excellent. There was however a resident who took away from the experience by being intrusive to us and others. This detracted from the peace and calm you are trying to convey in a spa.
