breakfast, barely edible, Service none, 1 cookie left at 5pm and no more available. no recognition on arrival, refusal to five a receipt until other person came to correct and say I was paying on premisis and they could print me a receipt. I’ve stayed at quite a few Holiday Inn Express and this was not up to par. Carpets were stained. Vent in bathroom was dirty. Air conditioner was very loud. But it easy to access from the highway and the staff was nice enough. We were only there for 10 hours but I wouldn’t book again. The breakfast was good.
