5 Stars - Absolutely Outstanding Stay! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Comfort Suites Hartville - North Canton! Every part of the experience was exceptional. First, I have to highlight Candy and Michael from the cleaning crew — they were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly showed — the rooms were immaculate, and every interaction with them made me feel welcome and cared for. The front desk team was equally fantastic — incredibly professional, friendly, and ready to assist with anything I needed. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for everyone here. The breakfast crew was phenomenal as well. Everything was fresh, delicious, and constantly replenished, and the team kept the breakfast area clean and inviting with cheerful, attentive service. The entire establishment was spotless and so thoughtfully maintained. Everywhere I went, it was obvious that the staff takes tremendous pride in their facility and their work. The sheets and pillows were some of the most comfortable I have ever experienced — even compared to many 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at during my travels. I had one of the best nights of sleep thanks to the exceptional comfort and cleanliness of the room. Comfort Suites Hartville - North Canton truly stands out. Their dedication to excellence is felt at every level, from the cleaning team to the front desk!

The facility was actually very good, however I booked through Expedia and because of a miscommunication with the hotel, one of my rooms got cancelled and I didn't know it until we arrived. They charged me again for two nights and told me it would be refunded since I had already paid for the room through Expedia. However, when Expedia attempted to verify I had paid a second time and to request I be refunded, the hotel said they were going to stick by their cancellation policy and not refund the room. I then wrote the corporate office directly and never heard from them. Very frustrated. It seemed pretty cut and dry when it is obvious I paid for the same room twice, but it doesn't seem to matter to them.

Breakfast was wonderful! There were waffles, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, plus all the quick breakfast items you would expect! The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. There is a nature preserve behind the property if you want a quiet place to walk, and the Hartville kitchen next door is a perfect spot to do a little shopping/ eating. I didn’t use them but there was a guest laundry room and workout space. They also had a little convenience shop area with quick snacks and microwave meals. We stayed for a dance competition nearby and it was a perfect “home base” for the weekend!
