Service up The frame was, it's not under the time that we got there. We had to move to another room after being told to leave and come back and check-in time, that would be ready. No alarm clock, no phone in the room. There was water on the sheets when we got there to run that changes too. And then um We had to ask for them to come and remove them and reducing them.I would never stay there again.It really soaked I would really love to have a refund

The place was disgusting!!! The room had big roaches, smelled bad, the TV didnt work and i didnt feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. Never again!!! The only thing was thw lady in the front was nice.

The worst ever, the floors were dirty and sticky, the hallways stank and the trash cans were over flowing, the, the waffle machine was empty the juice machine was empty, they were out of towels and the bed looked like it was to recently used, the customer service sucks the manager at the front desk was rude

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Upon checking into my room, I discovered a roach infestation, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the continental breakfast that was advertised was not provided, which added to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I had to switch rooms due to these issues, and I experienced difficulty gaining access to my new room, causing further frustration. I hope you take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately. I would appreciate a response and some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

This was a last minute booking when my planed reservation at another hotel fell through. The guy at the desk was good, and the A/C worked really well, but the property need good cleaning, the glass around the rear door had been broken in multiple places, and the hall ways smelled heavily of weed.

What can I say about this hotel. It boasts a certain "charm". From the television where the remote control is optional and you have to request one at the front desk, only to enjoy the soft gentle hum of no signal on the actual TV. But if you squint and turn the sound off, you can pretend you're looking out a window at a snowstorm. And if that doesn't do it for you, you can sleep easily knowing that the smoke detector is plugged in, and you can tell because it's hanging from the ceiling by its wires. Then relax and it's inviting lavatory, but be warned there's only one roll of toilet paper, and extras cost more. The perfect getaway for the young couple looking to end it all

Room 131 was a non smoking area but it wasn't form the looks of it.
Cracked window made it noisey

For some reason my wife and I tried this place again. SMH 🤔. I believe that the manager truly cares, but there are too many things going on. The rooms were Not cleaned, towels dirty, sheets weren't changed at least they didn't look like it. Ot looked like blood on the pillow case, stuff on the walls. And at least (2) other families had to change rooms as well. It's supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but you can clearly smell people smoking weed and for some reason, they don't keep the back door locked and people are stilling rooms some how. They desperately need security on the property around the clock.

The towels in room were stained, hair on the toilet. When arrived, Tracy continued to talk to worker instead of checking me in. When i went to room, that's when i found the above. I tried to show her and she went to let someone in their room and didnt come back. When i went to find her, she was in laundry room cleaning and talking to someone else.

For the price, you get what you pay for. One of my rooms was missing a remote for the tv, there were no blankets, I did see a dead roach, the air conditioner was filthy, there were stains all over the bed. The toilet wasn’t working in my other room. For the price and my booking being last min I’m not gonna hate on this place, we felt safe and all that. The lady at the front desk Polly or Paulie, she was such a sweet person, super helpful, very sociable just overall a joy.
