The receptionist was delightful!!! She was professional, and handling a delicate situation with a gentleman who did not speak much English when we arrived. She was polite and keep checking in with us! She never lost her composure, and handled it like a pro. She was polite, considerate, and smiled pleasantly the entire time. She was a standout person! The room was dated, and the carpet was dirty and stained, The bed was hard and felt like cardboard. Room not nice or to date. The hotel itself including common areas modern and and very clean and nice!

Shout out to staff especially Amber and Kim at the front desk! They truly provided Southern Hospitality! The housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip South.

The rooms were clean as far as daily cleaning is concerned but i had to switch rooms because of a strong mildew smell and in 2nd room the bed smelled of mildew once i laid on it, had to sleep on couch. Ghe shower was a walk in for wheelchair access and the floor drainss were clogged so floor got very wet and slippery. The toilet seat was loose, and the sheers were dingy. All in all it was obvious housekeeping tried to do thier best with rooms that need a good refresh. The staff was great ,friendly and caring. They need management to fix the rooms.
