Pretty good

The staff was very friendly. Good location. But we couldn't get our room serviced with towels, etc... The sink was almost stopped up and the phone didn't work. The hotel is nice other than these minor issues.

The hotel was extremely friendly and immaculately clean. My room was beautiful. The only shortfall I found was that not all of the outlets worked on the left side of the bed. That was a minor problem and I had plenty of other outlets to use.

I booked on hotels.com and there were some local internet issues that resulted in problems with processing my reservation and also my personal credit card for payment. The staff decided to check me in anyway and trusted all would be sorted out in the morning. They were absolutely awesome handling the situation and I was so grateful having driven 13 hours that day.

Amazing hotel!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for work, and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They’ve consistently been accommodating with our needs, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. Also, the rooms are always clean. This hotel really feels like a home away from home. We travel with our two dogs, and they get so much love from the staff. We love staying here and are so grateful to have such a reliable place to return to while in Saraland. Very highly recommend! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
