I liked the fact, they switched rooms with no problems to accommodate us(my son is in a wheelchair), reserved room was on the 2nd floor, and no elevator property. I have a couple of negative thinks, I was told "that more food was on the way" at 8 and it never came. I believe Breakfast was from 6:30-9. We had a Double bed room/2 adults 2 kids - room only had 2 sets of towels - Should have 4 sets.

We ended up in a smokers room . Nowhere on my booking did I see anything about a smoking room, but the dust said I booked the smoking room and there was no non-smoking rooms available. They tried to make it right the next day, but by then it was too late so in the future, could you put in bold letters, whether the room is smoking or non-smoking.

This Hotel was so outdated it was unlivable. The carpet smell from mildew it was dirty. The bedsheets were dingy and wrinkled. The Place stink so badly. I could not spend one night there. I’m requesting a refund because the Place was unlivable.
