I typically only stay with Marriott properties as a titanium member, however due to the terrible reviews of the bonvoy properties here, I said I'll give Hilton a shot... So glad I did! Nice clean property, and an incredible lady at the front desk! I checked in around 7pm. Service was top notch!

The location of the hotel is great for activities in town. There was a nice breakfast every morning. Rooms and all of the hotel were very clean.

After having major issues with the reservation I booked at The Hampton Inn West Monroe, I decided to try the Monroe one instead...and I was happy I did! Levi was awesome at check-in and very efficient in helping me address the problem I had at the West Monroe location in regard to rude staff. Levi definitely changed my prior negative opinion to a positive one at his location. I enjoyed my stay and was able to talk to the manager at checkout...shecwas extremely kind as well. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.
