Property was very clean, quiet. Check in was quick. Room had no cups; had to go to desk to get them. No instructions for TV, could not get channels. Went to front desk, found you have to add -1 to get the channel. Remote would not do that. Got new remote; finally got TV to work. Employee was clearly bothered by my requests. Hot water never got beyond lukewarm. "hot" water on sink was only a trickle...

Room 410 bathroom shower was leaking water from the ceiling. The entire bathroom floor was wet. Room 402 the bed wasn’t properly cleaned with new sheets, crumbs was in the bed.

I loved the property! Very clean!! Staff was very nice and friendly!! Check in process was very easy! Had great breakfast!! Rooms were well stocked and clean!! Will come back next time, we are in town!! Only negative was the pool wasn't cleanest...but that wasn't a deal breaker for me and wouldn't deter a stay next time in town!! Thank you for your hospitality!
