Check in was ok. The room was clean but the furniture in room and lobby was worn looking. The coffee/lemon water in the lobby was lacking. Water was lukewarm and tasted old. Coffee dispenser was pretty empty and spewed out burning my husband's hand. The morning desk person didnt seem to care. The TV in lobby was blasting MMA fight at 5:30am. Not very welcome that early in morning. The breakfast looked okay but we didn't stay to try it. A little disappointed in this hotel.

Nice stay.

Easy parking well lit. Lobby very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The elevator had a very strong chemical smell that went into the hall. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The carpet a little worn but other than that was very nice.

Elevator was broken so having to lug things upstairs was not fun. Not sure if it’s a Monroe thing but toilet water was always yellow? Otherwise nice stay, breakfast was really good especially the biscuits and gravy.

We arrived at midnight and after checking in the desk agent informed us the elevator was broken but would be working in the morning. We had to haul all our stuff and sleepy kids up four flights of stairs. That was the only negative to our stay.

The only issue i had was at 10:20a housekeeping came open the door while we were in the middle of getting dressed and out of the shower. They teally should get a list of people who checked out before coming into rooms.
