Overall average stay. The hotel is outdated and needs a refresh with decor and furniture. Beds were uncomfortable, paint peeling and furniture was worn in.

Night stand and carpet around night stand very dirty like someone spilled something and it never got cleaned. Carpet around AC unit and table soaked. Black mold around ceilings sprinkler. Beds was comfortable. Hotel definitely needed up grade. Only 1 ice machine worked and it kept running out of ice. Got woke up at 11pm from them vacuum the hallways.

Staff was amazing

The hotel was fine. Needs some paint and slight repairs. The elevator was out but they were so apologetic. They truly felt bad. This place shines with the staff. We were there 7/14/25 for one night. The front desk employees were so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast staff was the same. Every employee we encountered was amazing. Thank you!

The floor had a layer of something very slippery. I was very worried I would slip and fall. It was like skating on ice. I went to the front desk and told them the situation . She left and came back with a mop and some floor cleaner. Then told me once I was finish cleaning bring the mop and cleaned back.I stay in hotels often and this is the first time this has ever happened.
