This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this hotel. We’ve had guests stay in the past and have to fight bed bugs after. This stay was for a friend we got out of the ice storm and we only needed a little extra time to check out so we could safely make it back in traffic to take our friend to another hotel and the front desk advised “noon and not a second more”. None of the vending machines worked, stopper in tub didn’t work at least there weren’t bed bugs this time. But after the inflated price paid we feel at bare minimum a few minutes of late check out was appropriate. So yeah you asked for a review so there you go.

The room was freezing and would not warm up. When I went to speak with staff about the thermostat they explained that its just the temperature it is and they couldn't do anything to about it. I was miserable all night and didn't get any sleep.
