I wasn't able to check in. There was no rooms available and since it wasn't paid for in advance the room was sold. Which i understand, just wish I would have been notified

Disgusting, stained bedding, roaches, brown water, tv channels faded in and out constantly ( not due to weather). And I paid $148 for one night for a single king size bed in this dump. So disappointed

You pay for what you get

It was better than some other options but not by much. It was our only option since we were at a sporting event and everything else was booked up. The beds were semi clean the bathroom was awful. The fridge only worked part of the time. We had to go buy a cooler for our drinks. The wifi worked well and the service was decent.

My stay at Red Roof Inn in West Monroe, LA was okay. The major bad thing about my stay was when I got there, there was only one room booked, not two which I booked two rooms only with Hotel.com, very disappointing. The other major thing about my stay was, the water in the rooms were yellow not clear, not sure what was going on there.
