This hotel is very hard to navigate from the road. Lots of construction and hard to get to restaurants. I was very disappointed that I could not even request a floor level for our stay. We are handicapped and put on the 4th floor! The breakfast was not good at all and the room was ok. Beds were not comfortable at all.

Comfortable room and good service, but . . .

Based on prior stays, which were admittedly years ago, my expectation was that the Hampton Inn would be step or two above Choice Hotels Comfort Inn, which we have frequented most recently. We had a nice, comfortable stay, don’t get me wrong, but with older furnishings, lack of USB hubs, and a breakfast that is on par with Comfort Inns, we were disappointed for what we paid, which was significantly more than a Comfort Inn.
