The first night there were small bugs (fleas?) in the bed. I asked for clean laundered sheets. I only got a clean top sheet not a clean set (fitted and top).

Our first room had chips on floor and bed with what appeared to be urine stains. The staff gave us another room in which beds were better but the smell was unbearable with what looked like urine in floor or ac leaking. We were told we could be approved a refund but it has to come through Expedia. The customer service with Expedia trying to confirm this was a nightmare with no resolution so we are waiting to see if the refund gets processed. Aside from all this the 2 gentlemen at front desk were exceptional and so kind/understanding. The clerk Vee was probably one of the best people I’ve dealt with during a situation as this. I would not recommend this place unless you go in person and see your room prior to paying!!

I stayed one night, the price was right, it was clean and comfortable, the hotel itself was older and not as up to date as it could be, there were no amenities in room, i.e. coffee maker, cups, etc..

It wasn't fancy but it was comfortable and economical. We just needed a rest from driving without breaking the bank. It was very easy to get to from I65. Exactly what we were looking for.

I reserved the room for my family on the way to Florida. We were exhausted after working all day and driving 7 hours. The door of the first room wouldn’t close. The lock wouldn’t latch and would open with a slight push without even turning the handle. There was a bottle cap blocking it from properly closing and locking. We encountered the same issue last year. The receptionist gave us the room next door. We found a cockroach on the window in the second room. They offered to refund the room and we did not stay the night. We have yet to receive our money back and it’s been 5 days.

Decent place to stay for the night. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Only thing that bothered me was they kept the lobby locked, even through breakfast hours. If nobody was at the front desk you didn’t get in. Not very friendly.
