Broken Mirror and Dirty Room

The room was in awful condition. The wall mirror was shattered and the bathroom sink had a big crack. The AC unit made a loud clanking noise. Overall the room was very dusty and dirty. The room was not fit to rent out. They could not switch our room or provide any remedy. They just ignored the issue and we paid full price for this terrible experience. Very poor business management. I highly recommend not staying here.

Will not stay here again…. Terrible smell from AC vent…. Impossible to regulate room temperature. Bed very uncomfortable.. especially pillows… Breakfast food not appetizing at all….
