The staff was very pleasant. Beware...there is not daily maid service, so if you go off for the day, do not expect a made up room upon your return.

We stated in room 311. When we first got to the room, the TV was blaring and it was frigid. The thermostat was set to 68 degrees, but the AC unit was set to 60 with the fan on high. The unit didn’t respond when we adjusted the thermostat, so we finally figured out we had to adjust it at the unit. The floors and shower were visibly dirty. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower empty. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for new bottles, the lady acted like she didn’t believe they were empty and instructed him to leave the empty bottles in the shower so we wouldn’t be charged for the fresh bottles.

There was a long hair on the counter of fridge cabinet! The A/C maximum cooling ability is 68deg. This is not adequate in the south! Only 3 full size towels for two guests. The electric outlets are worn out on on night stand & desk. & do not hold plugs securely (fire hazard)! Staff was great!

Door hard to open. Bathroom is a poor design. Ac too cold had to throw towels over it. Staff is good and that’s about it. Breakfast on our last day wasn’t ready till almost 8am. I would say more but people only read the first two lines
