The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall the room was clean...however maintenance was an issue. The first room we were given the deadbolt lock got stuck and we couldn't get out of the room! It appeared that someone had tried to kick in the door at some.poibt, with cracked around the lock. We got out and were moved to another room, but this one had some drink stains/bubbling on the side tables. Just felt like they need to pay more attention to maintenance needs.

We stated in room 311. When we first got to the room, the TV was blaring and it was frigid. The thermostat was set to 68 degrees, but the AC unit was set to 60 with the fan on high. The unit didn’t respond when we adjusted the thermostat, so we finally figured out we had to adjust it at the unit. The floors and shower were visibly dirty. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower empty. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for new bottles, the lady acted like she didn’t believe they were empty and instructed him to leave the empty bottles in the shower so we wouldn’t be charged for the fresh bottles.

There was a long hair on the counter of fridge cabinet! The A/C maximum cooling ability is 68deg. This is not adequate in the south! Only 3 full size towels for two guests. The electric outlets are worn out on on night stand & desk. & do not hold plugs securely (fire hazard)! Staff was great!
