A very comfortable stay. Close to Tram. Great view oh Albert park. Friendly staff. Hop garden happy hour was enjoyable also. Will definitely return when coming to Melbourne.

Clean room

Room was perfect and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Our room was really clean and made up daily with new towels, coffee etc. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the pool/gym/sauna facilities. The water pressure in the shower and loo wasn’t great, possibly because we were on the top (7th) floor ( no view, no balconies). I thought it odd that no wine glasses were provided, but the hotel’s restaurant happily provided us with glasses and an ice bucket complete with ice ! The bar/restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was good and well priced ( there are happy hours several days of the week). Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as Brunetti’s was just on the corner ☺️ The position of the VIC is very central to food, shopping, attractions and transport.

24 hour reception to check in and out, great location near Southern Cross station and clean room with all amenities. Modern hotel close to everything.
