AVOID Comfort Inn, Willow Springs, if traveling with medium size dog(s) or larger. We were unable to stay at this hotel, due to the size of our dog. Nor, would they allow us keep the dog in our vehicle for the night; even after, I received approval from the City police and local Animal Control Officer. The hotel only issued our refund after I called the police.

Got in late at night around midnight. Have a service dog for my wife. Was questioned and had to provide information that normally do not have to almost like she did not believe our dog is a service animal. Then was told King size bed room that I booked and paid for could not be given because of service dog. Had to take a queen bed room. Was told no refund on price. When booking room online it says pet and service animals are welcome and nothing about room restrictions. Sure didn't feel pet or service animals are welcome. Was also told service animal was not allowed in breakfast area. Will not stay again.
