Horrible Experience

Arrived to find out that they would not honor our reservation. Highly disappointing especially since we were not notified and are Hilton Honor members. Since we booked through Expedia which I did not realize until then, I guess those customers do not count to Hilton. Hilton did nothing to help. Expedia called us and worked diligently to get us a room at 9 pm on a Saturday in Naples Florida. We were very lucky even though it was a complete mess and disappointment. Will not be using Hilton properties in the future.

Had such high hopes, was a miss on standards.

Great try at moderation,feel flat on actual experience.. hotel was a bit unkept at doorway. A older look to lobby, hotel room door was extremely hard to open and close. There were stains and pulling on pull out couch. Room colors were dark, lighting too intense. Bath towels were worn,thin,one had 3 small wear holes. Super scratchy. The room was a suite,set up well. Bedroom closet door was gone. Bathroom makeup mirror did not work. Wall paper has been ripped off in bathroom. Every area has flaws. Although a great attempt had been made to update the suite,it felt unfinished, and not well maintained. Grounds,poor area seem to be stronger focus. Outside windows on ledges were very dirty, paint peeling from the window frames. The Room Director should have a more critical eye. A disappointing stay from the brand.

The location was good. The property is tired and worn down. The dining area had too many tables and a bunch boxes stacked up in the room. It was disorganized and cluttered. The same with the pool chairs around the pool. There were no clean towels in the exercise room and the old used ones sat in the bin for multiple days. There were no pool towels set out for use. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We had to ask for pool towels every day, they never restocked them. Put the service sign on our door 2 days in a row and no one ever came to service our room. Had to pay for parking daily which was silly then was told only certain rooms have breakfast included. This is not a family friendly hotel and made our vacation more stressful to be honest.
