My first room had a very strong cigarette smell where it was hard to breathe. The staff was so helpful and moved us immediately. Zero complaints about the staff, they went above and beyond. But you definitely get what you pay for. This isn’t a nice hotel by any means, but it gets the job done

This hotel is in serious need of a refresh. Things are worn out, the lighting in the hallways is way too dim, and the free breakfast is worthless. One morning, no fresh fruit, no juice no eggs. They did have waffle maker going but pretty sad. Fortunately there is a IHOP a few minute walk from the hotel. It’s a great location for a hotel in Naples but it needs some updating and attention to detail.

I did my cancelation before the due day without penalty , I have a copy of my cancelation confirmation, and they withdrawal one night form my account . Also send me a member number and I never apply for that.
