I reserved and paid little extra for a room w balcony near pool, at arrival, they gave away all those rooms and gave me a room on 3rd floor farthest from elevator… room floor was very dirty. Beds and bathroom were clean.

We did not like our room not being clean for 3 days - apparently new corporate rule - that’s what the reception staff told us when asking for more towels since they didn’t have any for 2 days in a row. We did enjoy our stay in the past but this new rule didn’t sit well with us.

The hotel may need security patrolling the grounds. Someone decided that at 12:30 am that it was a good idea to start knocking on room doors, then an hour later to drive around the building honking a horn. My bathroom door couldn't close completely.
