I read reviews about the hotel being dated, stained, and creepy. I did my research. However, this is an old hotel and I found the reminders of its age and past markings charming. The garden wing is creepy but I LOVED that. When I made it to my room I had one of the most gorgeous views ive had during my trip. I loved seening the garden, pond, and the koi from my window. Also the breakfast buffet was delicious. I focused on the Narita specialities and tried as much as I could. I love the season teas as well! Whenever I fly back to Japan I will be staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality!
