I was disappointed when I first got there and discovered we were in the back, but it actually worked out to be fine. Very quiet and easy parking.

There was a roach in my room. I could barely turn on the water in my room The carpet felt sticky. If it would not have been so late I would have driven and found another hotel. Sorry.

Safe place to stay.

Clean, friendly the pool just right for family. Air conditioner could have been colder. I have stay here several time, this is a safe environment. Budget friendly for long stay.

Ok stay-

We did not report any issues to the front desk as there wasn’t anything “major” and didn’t want to cause issues for the sweet girl at the front desk. So keep in mind- these issues would most likely have been handled quickly if we had! 1. We reserved a king room but received a queen. Not a big deal as both rooms were the same price. Just meant we were a little more cramped in the bed. 2. Air conditioner barely kept the room a comfortable temp. 3. Shortly after arriving, we realized the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Food/drinks left in the mini fridge, used rag left on the shower curtain rod, soap residue on the walls of the shower. 4. Someone close to our room was smoking weed almost continuously- smell was occasionally in the room and outside constantly. Positives: 1. Super sweet front desk staff! No complaints there 2. Mostly quiet. Could hear a bit of highway traffic but nothing major 3. Overall clean- other than the few things listed, it was obvious the room had been cleaned. 4. Close to various places we wanted to visit 5. Fast WiFi (though our WiFi password did seem to quit working after the first night). 6. Amenities you would expect- mini fridge, coffee maker, free breakfast, parking right outside, etc. We didn’t really look into other amenities as we were only there 2 nights. 7. Later check out than most- stated 11 online but we were told by the front desk it was 12.

Place was nasty didn’t even look cleaned at all. Front desk ladies were very nice but over all room was disgusting hair everywhere and bathroom had a cleaning spray bottle left on the toilet..ac was turned off so smelled musty.

I really liked that check-out time is noon - this was really helpful. Also they serve breakfast until 10 - also very helpful time-wise. They serve a free supper as well! The staff was very friendly and helpful - a real plus. My husband was participating in a historical re-enactment so we basically needed an economical place to stay one night. The rooms are accessed from the outside but we like that - loading and unloading was very easy. The only downside to our room was that the carpet really needed to be changed (2 very large stains noted and reported) and the baseboards needed a more thorough cleaning, lamps shades were loose and the toilet had a slightly gray cast. However the lamps had USB ports at the base and there were more ports on the side tables. The room smelled clean and the A/C worked well. Overall we were satisfied!

The nightime clerk that checked me in was very pleasant, friendly, and check in was fast. Great experience overall. The nighttime clerk, whom I am assuming was over the breakfast area, was not friendly at all, didnt even say hello, and apparently does not understand a thing about customer service. She should change her attitude oe work in a different field!
