Rooms need complete renovation. Everything is aged out or worn out. Breakfast buffet was a joke. Food given out like a prison setting with staff talking terribly loud the entire time. No other food options available; no restaurant for other meals and nothing available at the bar. It appeared in the literature that the hotel was full service or I saw very old information that has not been updated.

Breakfast was terrible. We'd been led to believe it would be cooked to order but there was only a substandard buffet served by disinterested employees. The room had no blackout curtains, meaning our second floor room looked directly out at the streetlamps, and our "River View" booking was actually a view of the street in front of the hotel, as it wasn't high enough to see over the trees to the river itself. Also, I didn't appreciate haveing to pay an additional $19.75 "resort charge". In January.

Room was very clean and the hotel is historically beautiful.Great walking with amazing views. Have been there on several occasions and would recommend. The only issue is the breakfast. Bring back the help yourself or at least get a toaster and some bagels or even bread. The breakfast being served is cold and VERY soggy. 10 days on the road and this was the worst breakfast.

This hotel is a nostalgic stay on the bank of the Mississippi. My room was comfortable with a soft bed, great shower and a patio view of the riverbank. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

Check in and everything was fine. My only concern was that the bed was worn and lumpy. Also, the room I reserved online was changed when I arrived and housekeeper still disturbed even though do not disturb sign was on the door. I am begging Natchez Grand to please, please change their breakfast menu and how it’s distributed. Please and thank you.
