Our hotel check in took some time with the receptionist looking for rooms and having a discussion with another receptionist. Not seamless. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but the lighting was dim and the shower only heated to warm. The view was of the rooftop. The price was exceptionally low so ..." you got what you paid for". Food was ok. We didn't use facilities around the resort.

The flexibility. I took my mom. She is 84 years old and asked for a room in the 1st floor but because they didn’t have one they gave me one right next to the elevator in a different floor. It was very clean.

We arrived in the area a lot earlier than expected and called and they said our room was ready and we could check in anytime. We checked in at 1pm instead of 4pm. That was such a blessing to us. The room was clean, roomy and very comfortable.
