Water concern

Everything was good except….. the shower water was either dirty, recycled or the pipes are really, really old! The “clean” running water from the shower comes out brown and by the time we left, which was 3 days later the shower curtains were brown. My friend also stayed there but on a different floor and she experienced the same issue so that confirms it wasn’t just in our bathroom. The pools also seemed a little dirty, the water didn’t look crystal clear. I was trying to convince myself that it was because of all the people in it but I am not so sure about that. Other than that, everything was just fine.

There are only 3 options for the food court and having diet restrictions made eating there very hard. Bed was comfortable and all staff were very nice. The elevators and common areas could use a little more TLC

The pool was very dirty. Very green. The slide was fun. However they don’t let you take anything beverages into the pool not even water being that it’s over 100 degrees out I was very surprised. They expect you to purchase all beverages and food from their bar. No snacks for your children either. The young lady cashier at the buffet was absolutely amazing.

Worst hotel ever! Rooms very dirty, stains on bed, foul smell in room, dirty walls, stained filthy carpet, extremely outdated, carpet not vacuumed, left over food left in crusty fridge, pool looks green and murky, river/beach was super packed and no entry to walk to beach because so packed with a lot of party people. We went with kids so we decided to check out within one hour there and drove to Las Vegas which ended up being a way better experience for same price and much better hotel etc. plus forgot to mention Avi hotel refunded my credit card and a week later posted full payment again smh!! Terrible experience waste of gas & time.

First, I want to say that I would stay here again. Second, I would let everyone know that there are a bunch of kids and families that come to use the pool and spend the night. We had good playback at the casino and no problems whatsoever. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. I wouldn't change a thing. The entire casino and hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and some elbow grease. The hotel is dated, but that is true of all the Laughlin hotels and casinos.

It was a new experience for me to come to laughin. my experience is Mix feeling, simply because the casino wasn’t as clean as I thought, there’s a lot of smokes smells bad, very hard to go throught with kids. where I stayed, was OK. It wasnt anything special. The shower/ bath was not as clean. However, customer service is exceptional.

Everything was great for my anniversary but every time for a whole week there I asked for clean sheets and clean restroom and nothing was done. And other hotel goers stole my 4 outdoor chairs but returned the canopy. DONT TRUST ANYONE Security was amazing to help !

The carpet in the rooms need a deep cleaning. There were stains throughout the room. I requested to have the first room I got upon check in switched due to the cleanliness of it. The mirrors had spots all over and the restroom floor was filthy. It didn't even appear that the floors were vacuumed. The second room was better.
