The Avi is my go to spot in Nevada when visiting nearby family. Rooms are comfortable but the pool situation is terrible. Green water at both pools and jacuzzi’s. I know it happens but it was the same just a couple of weeks ago according to a family member that went there for his kids birthday. Pool team needs to step it up.

The property has amazing online pictures…the facility is older and the rooms are showing a lot of wear. The TV was very basic and did not have a lot of channel options or streaming connections. When I arrived and parked in the garage I was shocked to hear what turned out to be fireworks - definitely sounded much worse and like something else! Glad my husband with PTSD was not with me. The beach is nice but there was a lot more trash then I would have expected. The pool also was smaller than I thought it would be. I was only there for a night and took advantage of enjoying the beach in the AM - I did not take advantage of any other amenities.

Disgusting property. Room smelled musty and carpet felt damp. Elevators had trash and food. People fighting so bad in the next room security had to escort them out middle of the night. Left after 1 night. Staff was friendly and refunded my money no fight. But NEVER AGAIN!

Outdoor pool very dirty water, the beach is not a beach I will described it like a pond with very low water level and slippery mud, as we were walking down to it a couple try to get into the water and they got stock in the mud, very disappointed we booked 3 nights and only stayed one night and move to Aquarius Casino Resort, much better. This was our first time visiting Laughlin.
