The pool was off limits so we didn't bother, but the staff was friendly. Both at the front desk and at the dinner restaurant. There ice machines were not working at 3 of the 4 floors i checked

Water came out brown in the sink and tub. Did clear up some after a while . Elec. Plug was having a problem in the bathroom. Curtain hem was pulled out. Stains on the carpet. Staff was friendly though.

Check in was easy and the lady was nice. We ate at the Moon Shadow grill it was good but if you dont like your meat smoked in mesquite then not for you. The jacuzzi was nice but whwn i went back to the room to rinse off after the shower had no water and the toilet had no water.

This is a definite no frills hotels. Room was very basic and stunk. Every area stunk of smoke.This was one of the worst beds I have slept in. Updating the rooms should be a priority.
