The front desk service was not good. The rooms are dated and ours smelled like a locker room and the smell and taste of the tap water was disgustjng. Breakfast was great in florabelle. Pool was nice but very warm. Trams to restaurants was great. Restaurants pretty good but very expensive. Steak out was great. Watch for hidden costs like resort fees and taxes and parking. He turned out to be around $100 more a night. 6/10

We absolutely love the Omni. We go with family including my toddler and my niece who is 5. It has something for literally everyone. We rent golf carts and drive around the property, go to the kids playground at Drummond park… there are kids camps too. The nature center is awesome for kids! The shops are quaint and there are several restaurants. WiFi is literally everywhere. The pools are amazing with pool side service and bathrooms close which is important with littles. Room service is kind and quick and really great menu. The staff are kind and very quick along with valet and house keeping. We love Omni at Amelia Island and go as often as we can get a way from Jacksonville. It’s got it all.

This is a beautiful property. It is a little dated but being by the salt air will date things fast. The service was very good, the food was excellent. Very nice experience.

Was not crazy about the room. The property was definitely showing age—especially the room. Also was not pleased that were put into a handicapped accessible room. The sink and shower were much more difficult to use as a result. Really should be told about the room type during check in. Also, Saturday evening there was some concert on-site which was extremely loud and lasted until 11:00 PM. That made it very difficult to relax in our room.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Omni Resort and Spa at Amelia Island! It was a last minute reservation and we were not disappointed! Everything was exceptional, from the staff to the transportation(shuttle), to the variety of restaurants and shops! We had a blast!

Spa Sensation

The SPA at OMNI was the highlight of our trip. This was our second time coming to the Omni resort, and we returned because of the incredible experience we had the first time at the Omni spa. This time, we got an incredible couples massage by Ramon Rivera and Sean Lauer, which left us relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free! Ramon and Sean were courteous, professional, highly-competent, and made us feel at-ease throughout the experience. We will definitely be requesting them again in the future. The manager on duty, Jennifer, helped us resolve a scheduling issue and took great care of us as well. We will be coming back next month for two visits and this time will bring our friends. We cannot wait for our next trip to the Omni spa!!!
