We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and made for a relaxing getaway. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Donte at the front desk for his outstanding service and warm welcome—it truly set the tone for our stay. Also, Ashley and Montey (?) in the bar area made our evenings extra enjoyable with their great hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service made our experience top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

As a returning client, I had booked a balcony for my stay. However, I was informed that I had not explicitly requested a balcony. Despite my clarification, the attendant maintained a pleasant demeanor. Notably, I was not greeted upon my arrival, which contributed to the overall subdued atmosphere.

Family vacation

Hotel was nice, Brunch at Pete’s was an excellent choice, however the availability of liquor was very limited. The bartenders Ashley, Marlon and Carla(unsure if this name correct) were awesome with trying to improvise with the limited availability of alcohol.

I had to be moved the the neighbor played music all night. Security was sent up they stopped .. then the next morning music started again. I requested to be move. Front desk moved me from 1250 to 1267 directly across from the music. Finally i was moved to 767 where i was able to get proper rest.

The check in was very pleasant and staff was friendly. A special thanks to Mark at the front desk. All the staff greet you with a warm smile. The room was very nice. The only issue was water temp. It could have been warmer. Overall a great experience and do recommend this hotel.
