The customer service was quick and efficient. It was high traffic holiday during my stay and the hotel made all the necessary arrangements so we werent effected. The room was clean and as described. Bar had great food and service as well!

I was asked each day through a text from management how th hotel was meeting my needs, which was good. Negative was a party that was way too loud on our floor. People were yelling in the hall past midnight. The hotel security did nothing to contain the noise

We had a great stay. The valet and bell man Devonte went above and beyond for us. The check in (it was a man) was exceptional. He reminded us of our credits for food and drinks at Pete’s.

it was fun to have the Mardi Gras parade run right in front of the hotel! Hotel is a bit dated inside, but otherwise well-maintained, and was a calm oasis from the festivities.

This property was perfect and we will definitely be back. The hotel is stunningly, beautiful and the staff are unbelievable. They are extremely helpful, very polite and very friendly. We were in New Orleans for our first Mardi Gras and were pleasantly surprised that one of the parades passed right in front of the hotel so it was convenient to partake in the festivities. We’ve been to New Orleans before and stayed in alternate hotels, but this will be our new favourite motel. The restaurant for breakfast was outstanding. The food was great and the coffee was second to none. The hotel is very walkable to Canal Street and the French Quarter but far enough away that you get a good nights sleep congrats to all the hotel staff during our stay and our vacation you made it perfect.
