Wonderful hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! Walking distance to the shops, very clean and accommodating! We felt the room was very spacious for a standard / double queen bed room. We will definitely be staying there again!

This is the best Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Due to many negative experiences I avoid most Choice hotels but on seeing the reviews of this hotel in Berlin Ohio I decided to risk it. This Comfort Suites is a gem and the staff is excellent. Keep up the good work and do not cut corners like to many foreign owned Choice hotels tend to. You are my new favorite in the Berlin Ohio area.

Apparently they had just cleaned all the carpets, I had an issue with the smell. They let me change the time-frame of my stay and were very accomadating. Also I had booked for Christmas which generally there isn't as much to do there. Very nice staff, very quiet around surrounding area.

Amazing hotel. Friendly service on checking in. Very large clean room with 2 queen beds and a couch with foot stools. Big bathroom with large shower that had high ceilings to accommodate any taller person. Shower head with different setting and shampoo and conditioner provided. Many towels and washclothes provided also. Large free breakfast with waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit, yogurt and the best homemade cinnamon rolls. Large selection of teas and cereal and juice. Didn't have the opportunity to use it but hotel also has a fitness area and pool. Great stay! Would return again if visiting the area.

Property and stay were great. Comfy bedding, huge rooms were very clean and excellent condition. Breakfast excellent with homemade cinnamon rolls that were delicious! Only downside was check-in fellow was barely courteous and didn’t seem to want to be bothered or care to say hello/welcome/enjoy your stay, etc. Everyone else and everything else was excellent!
