Its a total dump! It needs a MAJOR upgrade. The first room they put us in had NO windows. The second room had windows but old carpets and smelled musty. The whole place felt so dirty and dark. I'll never stay there again!

The temperature in the room was around 80F and the AC didn’t work. When asked about this from the reception I got an answer that they are not engineers. At least I got a fan and ear plugs:)) ice machine was not working either. But the room was clean and top-notch <3

This is an amazing hotel, we loved staying here. The location is ideal, only 1 block away from the subway, 5th avenue and surrounded with amazing food options. We had drinks and dinner at the hotel and the experience was great too. The staff is great and always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again. My only comment is that the surfaces of the room were a bit dusty.

Good location, poor room quality

The mattresses were very indented. The shower was super small, and the shower curtain would touch your body while you were showering. The TV never worked. I told the front desk three times, and they never got it working.

Very well situated, lots of restaurants, shopping, walk everywhere from here. Spacious lobby, nice cafe and restaurant. Quiet rooms on the smaller side like a lot of hotels in NY but nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel is probably do for just a bit of maintenance, nothing huge just a bit more detailed cleaning.
