I accidentally left my shoulder bag in the room on Monday, Sept8. When my wife and I returned on Friday, Sept13, housekeeping had the bag—but the Bose headphones inside were missing. While I take responsibility for leaving the bag behind, my trust in the hotel has unfortunately been broken. Despite leaving a generous tip for our three-day visit, someone decided the headphones were worth taking, at the cost of losing a returning guest. That said, I do want to recognize Keanna at the front desk. She went above and beyond—searching for the bag twice in housekeeping until it was finally located, and clearly explaining the situation. Her professionalism stood out in contrast to the disappointing experience with the missing item.

The room was so comfortable, clean and the view was gorgeous. We really appreciated the help of Adam and the guys at the bar. It was in a perfect location. Would recommend for 2 people for sure! Thanks so much! We absolutely loved our stay here after getting off on the wrong foot with early AM staff that I was trying to get early check-in info and parking information from, but they were super rude and game me fake names over the phone.. Parking is a no-go.. no in-and-out privileges, and so we had to change our agenda a bit.

This hotel is perfectly fine, but not great. The first room we went to smelled like weed, and as it was late, we couldn’t go to another room until the next day. It isn’t really a suite like other embassy suites. There’s a partial wall separating the bed from the pull-out sofa. The rooms are very tight. Some of the furnishings are worn. But the towels were clean, the water was hot, and the staff was kind.

We got to the hotel and checked in easily. It was late. The room was small. In the morning we went for breakfast which was not overly appealing. When we got back to the room the room was flooded with a water leak from the room above. They moved use to the new room quickly. The staff was great. Upon check-out they offered a refund for one night because of our stuff getting wet and inconvenience of getting flooded. Now I am jumping through hoops to get our money back because I have to do it through Expedia and Expedia is impossible to reach about this. Expedia experience is worse that the hotel flood experience.

The Hotel has 39 floors and three elevators! We waited for the elevator at least ten minutes or more.When it finally came it was usually full and we would have to wait longer. The included breakfast is on the fourth floor. All three times we went to the dining area it was full, no seats! Waited 10 to 15 minutes to find a table. Also, to get to the dining area was always a challenge due to the lack of elevators! At night they have a wine tasting from 4:30 to 6:00 P.M. in the same room they have the breakfast. Needless to say you had to wait even longer to get an elevator to come to take you to the Lobby. When we arrived we were told we were charged a $30.00 a day Destination Fee! We were told that was for the internet and the daily wine tasting. We both do not drink and WiFi should be included. We were very disappointed in the stay and would never stay there again. The ironic part is we are Hilton Honors members! Don and Lori Crawford

I got really lucky and stayed at a higher floor - 28th - with a money shot view of the Empire State Building. From my bed!!
Non descriptive and spacious.
